FINANCE AND YOUR BUILDING MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

Managing the finances of a property in conjunction with a Building Management Committee comes with its own challenges, most notably; enuring costs are allocated correctly across the various groups that access common utilities or facilities.

Your LVI BMC Management professional will assist with the administration of your agreed budget, levying each separate entity their allocated cost, based on the list of shared facilities. We will oversee meetings as required by your management statement, enabling the establishment of the annual budget, reviewing previous financial performance and confirming requirements, such as insurance.
